– Motherboard was essentially new — if it was used it was cleaned very well or kept in very clean environment – Packaging was very good, lots of bubble wrap to protect it. – The motherboard was not shipped in an anti-static bag. It was not damaged by this though. – The CPU cooling bracket came loose in shipping and could have damaged the motherboard. It did no damage though. Overall very satisfied.
